So much has been going on...and I am planning on blogging all of it...but with the crowd again living at home, my train of thought jumps the track long before I get it on paper (so to speak). So here are the highlights...there will be more plus photos when I can rub more than 2 brain cells together.
Mother's day weekend...saw Wolverine Friday night...Hugh Jackman deserves another men as sex objects post...woof! Marched in a local Parade with me Pirate Mates...only blogging I have done is on me Pirate Blog...lot's of Pictures! Partied afterwards with Pirates and then toddled off to drum circle. Mother's Day itself, I had an AM pedicure at the local shop. They went all out...Chinese food buffet and a rose for each mom...my toes have never looked better! I took my new dog in for a grooming, he is looking mighty fine now that we can see his eyes. That evening my BFF went out to dinner and we saw the new Star Trek movie...damn! That was way too much fun...Karl Urban deserves another men as sex object post for his work as McCoy...totally spot on.
So, I went back to work to rest up....
My love life is back to normal...which would be non-existent for those of you just tuning in. Pirate fellow was snapped up by other woman...may they have joy in each other. Other interesting fellow seems to have fallen off the face of the earth...I have had a couple of other fellas express interest, at least until I reply to their emails. The owners over at SMTR want us moderators that have featured profiles (i.e. those of us who are single) to sign in daily or at least every other day...makes sense to me, but it does tend to stir up all the fellas who maybe are just looking at the active women...they do tend to spam us, don't they know that we compare notes?
I got a new puppy...he is a Pomeranian, he has no teeth and has been pretty much shaved. He is adorable, in a Marty Feldman sort of way. I will eventually post the story behind his acquisition complete with photos.
My house was over full with all of my boys and my grand kids plus my stepdad who came out to repair the outlets that my middle son blew while mowing the yard for my Mother's Day present...he ended up having to replace a breaker...and my yard still hasn't been mowed in the front. The monkey's will be moving in anytime now...
I spent this last week end in Seattle or on my way there and back again with QBD from SMTR. We went to the Seattle munch for a goodbye party for Anne who is relocating to Melbourne Australia. We had a very good time and I did manage a picture of the two owners of SMTR.
Again, I went back to work to rest...
