View from my bed...

I am going to pick up a load of firewood this afternoon, guess who will be getting back into shape by chopping wood? If it doesn't kill me first...

My house is a disaster area...although I am starting to see a small improvement. I am getting through the destructive phase and into the fixing up phase or so it seems at least. Which translates into: I painted a bit yesterday! Okay it was the inside of a closet...but still! For a complete rundown of activities large and small...see my other blog.

I have rented a house at the beach for the annual spring beach clean up...hey, it is a good thing to do and we get a weekend at the beach...always a plus!

My calendar has been printed and shipped, I should get it this week. It has been a long time coming. The original program I went with didn't have 2010 options when we decided we had too much to do and not enough time to finish and promote it for 2009. So, I had to find a new one...the one I ended up running with didn't allow as much detail as I had wanted, but I can work around that as it did allow for more than 1 photo per month, which is what I like about the other. More when it gets in.

I did go and open a business checking account yesterday...so now I can pay my models from there. I have started planning shoots for this year...and we hope to have some greeting cards and the website up before too much longer. SMTR wants to collaborate on a cookbook...now where are all those extra hours I ordered?

I feel old....

My youngest got married yesterday...

first wedding for my boys...{my oldest has 2 kids and lived with someone as man and wife for a very long time, but they never tied the knot.}

And who knew I would feel this old? Of course part of it was due to being frozen...as they had to have an outdoor wedding...in January! They were married at the Gazebo in the little city park near the river...it was foggy as hell and by the time it was over, my hands and feet were ice. I did get to move around as I was taking pictures...but I promised them they were getting ice cubes for their anniversary presents in the years to come.

They had a Superbowl cake...

The happy couple with their parental units...
