
I am not doing a list of New Year’s Resolutions that I will not be able to keep up with in that thing we call Real Life. Instead, I am doing mini resolutions…one or two a month all year. This allows me to create new habits easily and without beating myself over the head with yet another failure (you know what I mean).
So, without further ado:
January-research and formulate ideas, plans, etc…for the first few months of 2009. Started taking 1 grapeseed extract capsule & 2 (200 IU) Vitamin E capsules twice a day. Allowing myself to sleep, rest and recoup as necessary. Eat fresh real food rather than processed foods when ever possible. Start cleaning out the clutter…Simplify!
February-Get moving! Find ways to add exercise without adding a routine yet. Climb stairs, walk whenever possible, painting, etc…Continue with vitamins, add Bee Pollen & Royal Jelly capsules in the Mornings. Start tracking food and weight on food diary. Start Remodel on my House…Simplify!
March-Continue cleaning out the clutter and remodeling, start prepping outside projects. Continue to eat whole foods instead of processed, adding to nutritional supplements as necessary and move, move, move! Plot and plan out next 3 months resolutions.
That ought to keep me busy…
