Bits and Bobs....

My youngest is turning 18 tomorrow...and I am putting on a party today. Must remember to write down the recipes for the other blog...all 3 of my boys ask for lasagna for their birthdays, not sure why I even ask any more. The whole fam damnly will be coming over for the bash, here's hoping the house holds them all.

I had lunch this week with a friend, and she is planning to throw me a Pirate Party for my 50th this year! Woot! She makes the best Conch fritters and Jambalaya! Maybe I can steal the recipes for the blog....

I am currently beta'ing a dating site for FLR's. I did not create it, but I know the folk who are putting it together, and have encouraged them all the way. This is not a kink site although there is a place for kink there (the CBT tutorial is a hoot!) This is a serious dating site for men and women who are searching for a Female Led Relationship. There are also forums, etc... I am rather excited to be a part of this as I have felt the need for this for quite a while. I had even toyed with the idea of creating one myself, but my time constraints over the last year or so have not been conducive to anything so detailed. I will post a link when they are open for business.

And now I must get to work!

1st Photo Shoot~david

I spent 4 hours on Saturday afternoon doing a photo shoot for my food blog. It went quite well despite the last minute set up (we had had to reschedule several times due to illness). I look forward to future shoots with him, although I will endeavor to have a clearer idea for the shoot. He would appreciate a more structured flow, although we did quite well with the rough outline I had on this one. I thoroughly enjoyed the creative input from him and I look forward to working with him further.


He has, as you can see, better legs than I...and a butt to die for. And he does dishes without being told to! Has that whole, clean as you go thing down pat. My food blog is much more Vanilla with a twist, so you won't see some of the more blatant shots over there...but here is a different story.

3rd Friday~

3rd Friday in my neck of the woods means Pirate night at the Maiden in the Mist restaurant. The nice thing about this last one was that I had a new fella meet me there. He answered the ad I had on Yahoo, one that I had pretty much forgotten about. The straight one...as in non kinky. It did hint at an FLR type of thing...but is pretty subtle.

Now he is okay with the Pirate thing...in fact, he was pretty much gaga over the Pirate thing. This was a FIRST meeting! I was pleasantly surprised, good looking and he can carry on a conversation, even jumped in on the chorus to some shanty's.

And he is letting me lead the way so far. He is leagues ahead of the guys I have been meeting, I am looking forward to getting to know him better.
